Front of House - Shift Leader

Department: Front Counter/Drive Thru
Location: Hillsboro, OR

$17.00 per hour starting wage: 30+ hours per week

Your Impact:

  • Interact with guests by providing first class service and hospitality

  • Coordinate, lead, and coach high-performance teams working in various areas of the restaurant including but not limited to:

front counter, serving, dining room, drive-thru, and food preparation

  • Maintain a refreshingly clean and positive environment

  • Innovate and execute action plans for specific areas of the business

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a leader in the customer service industry

  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team

  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting to 25lbs+

  • Basic computer competency

  • Self-leader committed to personal growth

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

  • Adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

Experience:

  • 18+ Years Old

  • Management: 2-year (Required) restaurant experience

  • Serve Safe Manager certification (Preferred)

License:

Serve Safe (Preferred)
